Q: I want to ship my vehicle. How much will it cost? A: Our preferred shipper is Wheels on Wheels. You can obtain a quote by calling 800-668-5288. Remember to tell them you are working with us!
Q: How long does it take to ship a car to me? A: Generally it takes less than 14 days to have the car delivered once it has been picked up by the driver. We are not responsible for delivery and/or delays that may result. We also have a driver who can drive this car to you anywhere in the continental United States. He is very reliable and inexpensive. He will usually take a train back home. Generally he can have your car at your doorstep within 3 days of your purchase.
Q: Can you run a CarFax for me? A: A link to every car we have for sale is available to you free of charge. Just click on the link on the information page with every vehicle.
Q: Why do you not accept escrow? A: Our experience has been that using escrow is more troublesome for the buyer and seller than it is worth. You can rely on our reputation and feedback when making a bid.
Q: Do you have additional keys? A: What you see is what you get. If we have additional keys or remotes, we will deliver them at the time of sale. We can assist you in obtaining extra sets at an additional cost.
Q: What's the closest airport? A: Syracuse N.Y. or Albany N.Y.
Q: Does the car have any rust? A: We will disclose any rust problems in our ad description.
