1987 Oldsmobile 442. I've owned this car now for about 6 months. I bought it off a very good friend of mine who needed money in order to expand his business. I know everything about this car as well as all prior owners of which there are 3. The last 2 owners going back all the way to 1992 just happen to be close personal friends of mine. The following is the history of this car: From new in 1987 until 1992 this car was owned by a gentleman named Billy Davis from Verona N.Y. less than 1 mile from where I grew up. This man drove the car from 0 miles until 32,000 miles in 1992 and stored it every winter. For the first 5 years of this cars life it was pampered and taken yearly down to a garage in Oneida N.Y. owned by David Lebreque for its annual inspection and anything else the car might need, David LeBreque who worked on it for the first 5 years of this cars life bought it in 1992 from Billy Davis when this gentleman took ill and passed away. From 1992 until 2005 David lebreque owned this car and it sat in his garage for 13 years and accumulated no miles whatsoever, he never even registered the car. Thomas LaPlante was a friend of David's and mine and would occasionally do painting work for David through the years. The entire time Thomas was working for David he was begging David to sell him the 442. Finally in 2005 he broke David down enough and convinced him to sell him the car. Thomas owned the car from 2005 until 6 months ago when he sold the car to me because he needed money in order to expand his painting supply business in Oneida N.Y. He drove the car from 32,000 miles until its present odometer reading of 57,833 miles. I am now the owner of this fine automobile and am ready to pass on the legacy to the next lucky owner. Now about the car: This car is carfax certified and has never, ever been in any accident of any kind. It has all of its original paint and is absolutely original throughout. This car has never been driven in one winter ,,,, ever. This is extremely apparent by simply looking underneath. This was the last year for GM lacquer paint and it is very obvious the car has all of its lacquer paint intact. In 1991 the original paint started to slowly check, as was a problem with all the paint this year from GM. If you look closely at the pictures you might be able to see it. So the entire car has fine checking to the original lacquer paint throughout. Its not that bad and can most likely just be cured with a good wet sanding and buffing. The car does not need to be painted. There is no damage of anykind anywhere on the body of this car and certainly no rust anywhere. It is in fantastic and incredible original condition throughout. In the last year only 4 things have been done to the car. A brand new $1600 stainless steel exhaust system was put on, even though it did not need it ( it sounds incredible !!!) , new battery and brand new tires and new AC compressor. The tires that were taken off were the original tires from 1987 when the car was new. The interior is original and absolutely beautiful. Keep in mind this car has never sat outside and has never been driven in salt. It runs and drives beautifully and is a pleasure to drive and own. The color of this car is gorgeous if you cannot tell with the photos. The car needs nothing except to perhaps wet sand and buff the paint perhaps if it bothers you. I've got all the original receipts on the car back to the day it was bought as well as all the manuals and keys. I will consider all partial trades. Please call me at 315-725-1966 with any questions. 7. Successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within two (2) business days of the auction ending. The remainder must be received within five (5) business days. Payment in full must be made before shipment of this vehicle.

8. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of the auction ending.

9. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit.

10. Super Sport Motors has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for the auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.

11. Super Sport Motors welcomes a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

12. This vehicle is being sold 'as is'. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturers' warranties may still apply. An extended warranty may be available. Please contact us for details.

13. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the placement and/or acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by our State law and the Bidder and Seller agree to submit same to arbitration in the county in which the vehicle was sold in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
